Booking terms and policies

For Room Bookings up to 2 Rooms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for confirmation.
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance 50% must be settled 24 hours prior to check-in.

For bookings made more than 28 days in advance of the stay, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made less than 28 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is charged at confirmation.
The 50% deposit is refundable up to 60 days before arrival.
The balance 50% will be charged 28 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is charged.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs pending availability.
